Our classes are tailored for all unless otherwise stated. As there are many trees in the yogic forest, we aim to offer students a variety of classes and styles.

Yin is a slow, mindful, self reflective yoga practice. Perfect for carving out some alone time in your mind. Yin is a beautiful way to unwind, supporting the connective tissues, slowly increasing blood flow to our vital organs while moving at a snail’s pace.

Hatha & Kundalini are more fluid energetic styles of yoga, with a particular sequence of Postures or Kriyas to increase flexibility, balance, expand lung capacity, and enhance our overall well being using the rhythm of our beautiful breath! 

Breathwork & Meditation are weaved throughout our class offerings, just breathing consciously can relieve stress and reset our nervous systems. A five minute meditation is the equivalent to one hour of deep sleep, five minutes of breath work can reduce anxiety, relieve tension, clear brain fog and uplift our mood!
